We've had a fantastic experience with Nick and the team over these last few weeks. The quality of the work is outstanding, but more than that, everyone has really given us the impression that they care. Josh and Tom have been kind, considerate and fun with the whole family - even the cat - it's been good having them around. The loft looks great - or it will do when I've finished painting it. Thanks Nick et all - Soundhouse will definitely be our first choice to extend our kitchen next summer.

Now that our loft conversion is coming to an end, I wish to feedback my thanks and appreciation to all the guys who have worked so professionally on our house, and who are all so incredibly nice! Not only have they done a brilliant job, they've been a pleasure to have around - courteous, respectful, patient and so much fun with my children. We chose Soundhouse for our loft conversion as they were recommended to us and seemed clear about the procedures, schedules and length of time it would take to carry out the work. We'd seen another firm in our area take twice as long as they estimated and increase the cost of the work week by week and we were very careful about our choice. Soundhouse were impressively skilful, efficient and friendly. Nick organised people to come along with other specialist skills and they turned up when they said they would so that everything was done in the right order. Work started at 8am, there was a lunch hour at 12 and everything closed down - and was tidied up - at 5pm. Everyone did an excellent job and we now have the most wonderful loft room that we're more than happy to show to anyone who's thinking of having the same work done. We were extremely pleased with our loft conversion by Soundhouse. Not only was the build done to a very high standard, the team were a pleasure to deal with. Our home was kept clean and tidy throughout and we really felt that the team respected that they were working in our home and not just another building site. They also took real pride in their work. The initial build was more complicated than originally envisaged but this was overcome without fuss and we still finished on time. We were kept well informed throughout the works and we were never rushed or hassled to make decisions. The finished conversion is perfect and the quality of work was excellent from all trades. We would have no hesitation in recommending Soundhouse to anyone.

Many thanks to you and your team for such an excellent job on our loft conversion – anyone we have shown it to has commented on the quality of the finish, and how “expensive” it looks (despite the very competitive cost). Being in the latter stages of pregnancy and working from home, I had been worried about how disruptive the work would be. However, when they handed back our house key, I actually found myself missing them. I couldn’t have asked for more conscientious, hardworking and friendly professionals to come into our home every day – they would offer me a cup of tea in the morning!
