Andy Hamilton Road, Brighton li>Soundhouse are very thorough. They will discuss your requirements in detail and review this throughout the process. Nick is a very competent project manager is very good at explaining the process and listening to the client’s requirements. His experience means that he can draw on a large body of excellent tradesmen and knows what will and won’t work. Also, he has good connections with the Council’s Planning and Building Control Departments and is fully aware of the limitations that they impose. This can save a lot of time in the planning process.

George Brighton li>Soundhouse were competitive and we liked their non-aggressive style. The team where fantastic. Headed up by Nick and Andy, who were extremely professional throughout the entire process. As our main point of contact they worked with us every step of the way. Our ideas where always acknowledged and discussed – which we really appreciated. The whole Soundhouse team where polite, prompt and professional. The quality of work has been excellent and the finished conversion perfect. We are very happy and would recommend Soundhouse without hesitation.

Annie Brighton li>From a friendly first introduction to Nick, I was convinced by his genuine enthusiasm for the trade and offering competitive conversion costs. Nick’s project management style steered me through the maze of architectural design, planning permission portholes, realistic timescales, process delivery and quality assurance. The Soundhouse crew were equally as efficient, knowledgeable in their trade, thorough, professional, and positive. So thank you Soundhouse for a conversion that is not only FLAWLESS, but BEAUTIFUL.

Susan and Kev Newtown Road, Hove li>We really appreciated your attention to detail, advice and support as we worked through this build. Your team are amazing and a pleasure to have around the house – this is so different to other building projects we’ve undertaken. We think what has most impressed us is having the opportunity to see real craftsmen at work on this lovely old house – seeing the loft go up was a pleasure to watch and the resulting build exceeded our expectations. We don’t know how you managed to squeeze that bathroom into this narrow victorian terrace but it makes SUCH a difference – a real master suite.
