Eaves loft conversion
An eaves conversion is built within your existing roof space and is the simplest and cheapest form of loft conversion. They are particularly appropriate for conservation areas where planning controls may prohibit other types of conversion.
Dormer loft conversion
Dormer conversion can create greater space than an eaves conversion and can be more suited to lofts that may require two rooms, such as a bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom; adding more space and value to your home.
